These are very good, and worth the effort! Everything in them is good for you, and they are handy to have when you are on the go. The recipe is found on Eating Well. I used the honey instead of corn syrup, and added the wheat germ to the recipe.

Ah, cooking. Is there any other delight in this world? I am hoping in this endeavor to share some of the recipes and foods that I find delectable (and there are many). Of course, there are the occasional blunders that one stumbles across when cooking (especially when lacking opposable thumbs), but I have high hopes that my posts to this blog will be of the utmost interest to those who take the time to read them.
