1/4 cup oat flour (1/4 oats ground in the blender)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
dash salt
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 egg white
1/8 cup water
1/8 cup skim milk
Mix all ingredients and fry on hot griddle. Enjoy!
